• Please submit the Registration Form as soon as possible with your full name, date of birth, contact details and current school to qualify for entry. There will be a registration fee of HKD 150 per entry – please kindly make cheques payable to our non-profit entity “ARCH Community Outreach Limited”.

• Once Registration Form has been received, you are eligible to attend one drop-in workshop session to get any questions you may have answered by Reading and Writing instructors. Please note the instructors will only address inquiries and will not help with the writing of the submission pieces.

• Please attach the Submission Cover along with your work by entry deadline.

• For Junior and Intermediate levels, it is the responsibility of participants to source their own copies of necessary texts either online or at local bookstores. Alternatively, you can also purchase copies at the address below*, subject to availability. Should you be eligible for book subsidy, please contact Teresa Law (see contact details below).

• All submissions must sent to info@arch-education.com and must be accompanied with a completed Submission Cover. Paper submissions will not be accepted.
